QPQ（Quench-Polish-Quench )is a liquid carbonitriding process commonly known as soft nitriding, containing carbon and nitrogen elements of salt mixed together in the material at the same time seepage into the workpiece process, QPQ technology is an emerging surface heat treatment technology these years. usually we do hardening and blackening of steel parts after CNC machining, but the surface is not so beautiful,it can not meet the needs of customers' appearance of the parts.
