When the threads of the anodized parts need to be conductive, we have adopted an effective processing method: first, we perform a complete anodizing treatment to ensure overall protection and aesthetics. Subsequently, we use CNC machining the threads for cconductivity.  For other areas, we utilize high-precision laser technology to precisely remove the anodized layer, thereby maintaining the material's conductivity. This comprehensive approach not only ensures the integrity of the product's appearance and functionality but also enhances manufacturing efficiency and quality control standards while meeting conductivity requirements.
